Cancellation & Returns

Sraajan wants to make your shopping a delightful experience. We look forward for a contented customer who is completely satisfied with the purchase. In case he is not, he can return or exchange the merchandise free within 7 days. You just need to send it back in its “original condition” with the entire accompanying documents, if any other within 7 days from the date of receipt for an exchange or a refund for the price of the item. No returns will be allowed after the 7-day return period and will be deemed as final.

Return is void if…
  • Any sign of wear and tear is manifested. The product should be in “original” “unused” condition.
  • If the ordered is customized especially for you it is deemed non-returnable.
  • In absence of all the original documents (certificates and receipts) your return request cannot be entertained.
  • Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable.
  • Though you may access your order history and invoice information anytime by using onsite Order Status Tool we recommend you to print a copy of your e-invoice from the Receipt page.
Instructions to initiate return
  • Simply make a call to our Customer Care department and place your return request. You can also e-mail us at with pictures of defective product.
  • Package the product. Paste the address label of vendor and courier it.
  • After receipt of your return, we thoroughly check the product and initiate processing. The Return Department normally takes 5 to 7 business days to complete the procedure and credit refund to your account. Refunds are credited to your bank account.
Online Cancellation

If for any reason you change your mind and want to cancel the order please mail us on mentioning the order id followed by ‘CAN’ in subject line of e-mail. Only cancellation within 24 hours can be possible after that the sale is finalised.

According to Sraajan’s policy, if the products received are found damaged please inform us within 48 hours.
